Bartok is the founder and managing partner of AirFinance, which specializes structured finance, leasing and the financing of aircraft, with emphasis on emerging markets. She previously served as Vice President, Strategy, Structured Finance & Corporate Development at Hawker Beechcraft Corporation (HBC), and was a co-founder, board member and CFO of XOJet. Prior to joining XOJET, Kirsten worked in private equity, venture capital, investment banking and capital markets, with Alpine Investors, JPMorgan Partners, and Goldman, Sachs & Co. She holds a BA, cum laude from the University of Pennsylvania and an MBA from Stanford. Since 2021 she has served as Co-founder and Co-President with Dennis Muilenburg of New Vista Capital and New Vista Acquisition Corp.
