As Senior Program Manager at Electra.aero, Joe isresponsible for all aspects of Electra’s Program Management. Joe has almost 30years of technical and program management experience in R&D and TechnologyDevelopment for US Government contractors. Before joining Electra, he led Program Management for multiple aerospaceefforts within L3Harris Advanced Development Group. His experience spans mechanical engineering,technical development, business development, and program management for the DoDand various US Government clients. Joe holds a bachelor’s in MechanicalEngineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in New York.
